How can I book a tour?
After we check the details of your travel based on the form you submitted here, you are then required to pay the full cost for at least 30 days before the scheduled tour. We don't hold dates unless it's paid.
What is your cancellation policy?
-Full refunds can be issued for cancellations requested 15 day(s) before the scheduled activity date. Please note that cancellations due to a change of mind or personal preference, rather than unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, do not qualify for a refund.
-In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule.
-Changes in date or time may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events.
-Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability.
-On the day of the tour, should the schedule not push through due to varied external factors such as weather, force majeur, and pandemic incidentals, and re-scheduling of tour is either limited, impossible or unavailable for the guests, a partial refund of 70% will be processed.
-Refunds will typically be processed back to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days after the request is approved. Please note that some banks or financial institutions may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Can you book me an accommodation and/or flight?
For us to focus on crafting a personalized and high-quality tour experience, we ask that you have your own accommodation and airfare arranged by yourselves. This allows you to choose your preferred hotel and flight schedule and take full advantage of any points or membership benefits you may have with your credit card, hotel, or airline service provider.
However, we also understand that some people don't have the luxury of time to do that. If you’re short on time or simply prefer a bit of extra assistance, Rhea - our founder, would be delighted to offer her expertise as your personal travel assistant. She’ll ensure that all your travel arrangements starting from flights to accommodations and tours selection align with your needs and expectations, providing you with a seamless and stress-free planning experience. Do you have an age limit on your tours?
We accept guests aged 18 to 65 years old. Most of our travelers are between 21 and 35, though the age range can extend slightly higher depending on the destination. We also welcome children, provided they have parental consent and are accompanied by a guardian.
How much spending money will I need?
All your activities and some meals are included in the tour (unless not specified), so you will mainly just need money for extra snacks, drinks, shopping and onward travel. The amount of money you’ll need depends on the tour you are doing.
